Hi Katie!
Another great episode. I thought it was funny that you mentioned hummus as the only thing other than self-publishing that you’ve done a total 180 on your opinion of…hummus has become the token food of critics of the new national lunch regulations at a school district I cover for a small newspaper in Pennsylvania. I would’ve thought hummus was gross if I tried it in high school, but now I eat it almost every day!

Ha! That is funny – actually, I meant to say cilantro! But the word HUMMUS came to mind! I’m actually a chickpea addict! HA!
