Here is my first poem in celebration of Poetry Month, revealing a bit of my anxiety over my pledge to write a new poem every day:
It’s poetry month
I’ll write a poem each day
I’m an April fool.

I’m an April fool.
Is there supposed to be a period at the end of each line? Or only the one? See, this is why I need an editor.
